Daily Diary - Slippy Old Sunday

Was driving down my driveway today and slid the entire way down, out through the pillars and pulled the handbrake so I'd avoid the main road which I didn't and slid straight out onto it. The place is like an ice rink. This is near Merville Community Centre on the way home from the gym.

Feeling very Christmassy in Sligo town. Very slippy too. I had a wee skid meself and heard someone laugh in the background. Ah sure ya'll have that.

Daily Diary - The End of the Snow

The snow is on the way out today it would seem. I was up at half 7 to drop Carley to college and it was all snow then, all go it was. But then I went back to bed and when I woke up later (12 ragin) it was spitting rain. It was nice on the radio at half 8 though, Ian Dempsey played the music from the Guinness advert and I peeked out through my blinds. It was just like the ad. Class. Thanks Ian.

I'm black on the inside, in my soul

I'm so eternally black in my soul. There is a void the size of a football pitch inside me, complete with black goalposts and corner flags. A howling wind tears at me like the voices of loved ones turned to hate. I bought some new converse today, they're black, like my soul.

Daily Diary - Painting the Bathroom

Just painted the ceiling of the bathroom. Had to paint it white because my mum is away and my dad said it'd be nice for when she came back. Only thing is I had to paint it white and its already white. I think it's the most annoying thing to have to squint and try and see what white is wet and what white is dry and hasn't been painted yet. There should be a decorating law that whenever someone is painting something they HAVE to paint it a different colour so they will know what's been done and what's not.

Daily Diary - New Camera Function Discovered

Just discovered the panorama function on my camera. I'll get better at it and might use a tripod. Sure anyways, this is kinda cool. Freezing even.
